WMEX calls to Vineyard station (CP)

Not sure how far 150 watts vertical would go; not sure how many miles it is on the open
water between there and N.B. (radio-locator.com listing for Edgartown says it's about
25-27 mi. to WBSM, WNBH, and WJFD, all licensed to New Bedford)
As for stations on 88.1, WFHL New Bedford reaches Vineyard Haven with fringe signal
but not Edgartown?

If they were in the commercial band they could go classic rock as "the Shark"...Jaws, after all,
was filmed in the area!

Dennis will have a legal station on MV

So what will be the call letters at WMEX FM now???
or is AM 1560 i think wait that WMEX 106.5 FM

OK. Thank you for the link. I simply know them as the station which wipes out Hot 97 on my "Walkman" when riding past WWE and the Stamford Transportation Center.
