WMGE is a Blowtorch

I took a drive from Victoria, TX to Fort Walton Beach, FL and I was able to pull in 1670AM Fox Sports Radio from Winnie, TX to Walker, LA whilst driving at night. I'm unsure if I would have been able to pick up WMGE any further west of Winnie (about 80 miles east of Houston), that is just by chance when my seek button landed on it. I shut down the drive at 4am in Walker, LA (just 20 miles east of Baton Rouge). When I was driving around Destin, FL at night, I tuned into 1670AM just to see if I could pick it up, and sure enough I did. Even in the morning I tuned in when I was in Fort Walton Beach and was able to hear it pretty well.

Amazing station. I wish the Astros Radio Network would add it to their list of affiliates just for the South Louisiana coverage it provides.
