WMGI-FM Poor Audio Quality??

Has anyone else noticed WMGI (100.7 FM) in Terre Haute has been way over modulated the last 2 or 3 weekends? The Saturday Night Online and American Top 40 shows in particular were really distorted, basically unlistenable. Also some of the imaging sounds quite distorted. Not sure if it is a processing issue or maybe just human error?
 
I vote for Human error, the PD has no clue and the OM knows less so the followers don't stand a chance
 
Who replaced Jay Micheals as PD at WMGI?

By Human Error I meant whoever the last jock was left the board levels too high, but I guess anything is possible.
 
I have not listened to WMGI-FM for several years. I had noticed that their signal strength appeared to diminish a few years ago. But, I can agree that their audio quality (when I last heard the station) was nothing compared to the quality I heard back in the Beau Richards' days.
