I have been listening more and more and enjoying the wide variety of oldies (15%-50's, 65%-60's and 20%-70''s), plus "oh wow"cuts you never heard on WOGL or WPEN when they dabbed with oldies. Not any stale worn out tunes we heard over and over and over on the so-called oldies stations. I guess when not on a main signal you can pretty much play whatever you feel like. My question is, most stations have a good format hole filler on an HD side to either feed a translator or online stream. WMGK HD2 has neither, so why are they providing this format hole service, could it be they actually care for the listeners that enjoy oldies and have an HD radio, if so kudos to them, they sure don't advertise. Another thought would be, could listeners be putting down WMGK in general, when in fact they are referring to the HD2 maybe that's why the ratings are so high for the main signal.
