WMGM at reduced power?

WMGM is usually super-strong for me here in Ocean County, it's usually so strong that it bleeds onto 103.5 & 103.9. Today though I noticed that 103.9 and 103.5 aren't getting bled onto and I could actually get WXCY in parts of my house.

Is this really localized tropo or is WMGM at reduced power?

It looks like they are on their backup antenna -
they usually pin the meter here, since I only
live about 3 miles from the tower. Right now,
the Class A's from Atlantic City are stronger.
They may have had problems from the storm Sunday.

They are still not 100%. Driving north on 206 I can usually get them with a pretty good signal at least as far as Columbus; today they were very weak and mixing with WXCY in Tabernacle, gone altogether south of Red Lion circle.

tom has to be correct , besides his awesome knowledge ... two sundays ago , february 12th , wmgm was off of the air for hours .. the storm day ... ever since they came back on the air (at least as of last sunday , the 19th) i still cannot get the station in hardly at all in "billville" (williamstown) ... i usually listen to sue schilling on her sunday morning show , slightly "zoning" , when i get off of the 42 north-south freeway , aiming towards margate ....getting stronger as i head down the black horse pike .. . the past two sundays , next to no signal at all ... once in margate , i usually get 78 signal strength deflection , at least , on 3 out of my 4 older styled receivers ... the last few times i was in margate since then , only 12 meter deflection )-:
