WMGM-FM problems again?

103.7 seems to have been at a very reduced power level for a while again. They seem to have a lot of transmission problems and seem to be on the backup TX a lot.
 
When ? Daytime only, Monday through Friday except on rainy days ?
They have been doing extensive tower work, including new guy
wires, which probably meant reducing power for the safety of the
tower workers.
