WMID at low power and off the air again

Did not know that I have been listening on line for a few days and they sound great as usual...nothing mentioned on the air....

Low power AND off the air? Which is it?

If they have no audio, it doesn't matter if they have low power.

If they do have audio at low power, they aren't "off the air".
