How does everyone like their new system, I don't, its been breaking up and the audio quality is not as good as the old setup. I took the survey they have regarding this and received a reply stating that it should be up and running shortly, their were a few problems that are worked out now. It seems a bit better but I still prefer the old provider, why did they change, if it aint broke dont fix it.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about ... it's the same service it has been
since the beginning .... SurferNetwork. Sounds fine here ....

Its a different look, when you first log on the site, the WMID-ID and a few jingles play, then when you click to listen surfnet comes up but it is a different type screen. It then takes you to the play screen which has the WMID logo which looks a bit different. As you are connecting it breaks up and shuts down a few times before connecting good, it takes a few minutes. I have aol and the aol player would play the station or the WMP would play either one. Now is just WMP, and there is a survey asking you to comment on the new setup and stream. The sound quality is about the same now as the old system but it takes longer to acquire. Just my observations.

Same streaming company!

Their software was updated, thats why the player has a new look.

We had no choice but to progress with them.

Streaming quality has not changed.

Rob - You can actually do it differently, if you host the .ASX file on your own
server, you can do title and artist, as well as your own logos, etc.
Take a look at 1450ESPN.COM ... we only stream the local shows, but
you'll see how it looks.
