Show is syndicated by the MANNGROUP (Cool Bobby B's Doo Wop Stop). New five hour version to air on WMJI beginning Jan 06.

Where will it air?

The current three-hour version currently airs at KRTH/LOS ANGELES, KLUV/DALLAS, WOMC/DETROIT, KOOL/PHOENIX, and KSBG/SEATTLE.
______________

Isn't that when Tom Kent's 70s show plans to air--Sunday nights, in place of Goddard?

I think "Into the 60s" has to be slated for Saturday nights, in place of Max Heywood--it's the only 5 hour slot available outside of weekend AM.

If so, it will end WMJI's oldies request show on Saturdays--with a history as far back as 1983, with Carolyn Carr, then Mike Ivers, then Norm N. Nite, then Chris Quinn, and finally with Max Heywood.

Wow, good memory! J.R. Nelson also hosted the Saturday night show for a brief period, I think it was after Norm left the building.

JR was gone from WMJI before Norm. Mitch Todd was already in place as Creative Director. JR was however still the station VO (until Jan 1998).
______________
