Congrats to everyone ( even the weekenders!) at Greater Media's Magic 106.7 for taking the AC Station of the Year Award from the N.A.B. !!!!

Boston, MA (October 1, 2010): Greater Media, Inc. announces MAGIC 106.7/WMJX-FM was named AC Station of the Year at the 2010 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Marconi Awards. The event took place on Thursday, September 30th, in conjunction with the 2010 Fall Radio Show at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC.

"We are very proud of WMJX-FM Vice President of Programming Don Kelley and the entire Magic 106.7 staff for receiving this incredible honor," said Greater Media Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Peter Smyth.

Congrats to WMJX... but please for the love of God, do something about those horrific "Magic Custom Edits" ... I could produce cleaner edits on my old boombox.
 
I'm sure they'd gladly trade the "prestigious award" for an end to their declining ratings. Nice cume though...I believe in Chicago, they're called "voters".

I could be wrong.....but I think it's next to impossible to fake cume with the PPM.
