WMJX tweaking their playlist to be softer?

I sincerely hope you’re wrong, as WPLM is a gem of a station that does the opposite of what nearly every corporate-owned station does. I hope the owners never sell.

if you take stock in what he says, ive got a bridge in brooklyn to sell you

Maybe WPLM's owners are that rare breed who resist the siren song of accepting an offer to buy their station.

I posted my thoughts not as predictions, but as possibilities if WPLM were ever to be sold.

If they can their transmitter/antenna closer to Boston, they probably would try to do so.

Whatd you do for the 7 1/2 years you were away from this board? lol.. back because youre bored?

Given J. Lehman's comments (Thanks! I hadn't known about it), could WXRV get sold?

And might EMF be lurking around, looking for a Boston outlet for their "Air 1" Christian rock network?

I believe that Air 1 was changed to a worship music format last year.

WXRV has several strategically placed boosters around Boston metro to improve their signal. Relaying WXRV on WPLM. although interesting to think about, if it were to happen, it would an attempt to enter other markets

It's not to improve it beyond what it is, its to fill in holes that are shadowed by big ass buildings or terrain

Putting WXRV on WPLM would never happen and im fairly certain it would mean theyd cover the southern end of the boston market better

and whyd you quote my post that had nothing to do with your reply?
