WMKQ 92.1 The Lake

Stumbled across this article about 94.5 abandoning "The Lake" variety format in favor of country, and then another station 92.1 (without permission of the first) adopting the alienated listeners. Using the same logo and name, they gave new life to variety the format. http://journaltimes.com/news/local/...cle_3dd4f0a8-38c1-5244-8d4c-5c5e84fb22da.html

I applaud this station owner! So many of the formats that people want to hear are disappearing, in favor is the same-sound-everywhere garbage that dominates radio today.
