Cleveland’s Dominick Dieter, heard on Clear Channel rocker WMMS on the Shane French “Rover’s Morning Glory”, is in trouble and is getting his employer sued. He’s being accused of throwing a beer bottle from the stage at the station’s RoverFest, hitting a woman on the head. Courthouse News reports that the woman, Tiffany Yuhasz, says Dieter was drunk and claims she suffered “nerve damage, pigmentation change … tissue loss and indentation of her forehead.” Also that “Clear Channel encouraged Dominick Dieter to indulge in his ‘criminal personality’, on co-defendant Shane French’s show on WMMS 100.7, and at the party.” The suit against Dieter, French and Clear Channel also claims Dieter has “historically accumulated numerous incidents of assault and physical injury upon himself, other persons and property … and his aggressive and dangerous behavior … was condoned, ratified and left unrestrained” by Clear Channel and French. Yuhasz is asking for damages for pain and suffering, and medical expense of more than $4000.
