Shows you how excited everyone in Cleveland is about his arrival. Had to listen to Mr. Cox for several years in Pittsburgh before he went home to Chicago.

If it was Shawn "Dumb" Street, you bet it was a stunt. The terms of Rover's contract guarantee all his sidekicks - including Mike "Chocolate Charlie" Toomey - the ability to escape any budget ax. So Dumb's probably back on Rover's show now.

As for Alan... ya-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-wn.
 
what ever happened to Maria Farina? I used to work with her in the 80's at Power 108 but moved to NY and now am in Charlotte since '91...always wondered how she fared--radio is a bitch of a career!

She stayed at 107.9 for a while after it morphed from WPHR into WENZ "The End" in '92. Since then, she's had several stints at WMVX/106.5 and WQAL/104.1... idk where she's at now.
 
Maria does a lot of VO work...we had the same agent for a while...don't know if she's still with them or not. Great person...love the Farina. :)
