WMNF in Central FL

I was curious if anybody can pick up this station with any luck any further east than Winter Haven. at my condo near the junction of 535 and I4 (aka: tourist central) I *sometimes* get a faint signal from them compared to the monster signals I get out of Tampa. Furthermore, comparing the coverage maps of WMNF and another station that should have similar antenna heights and coverage (like WLRQ), the other signals are far superior! Are they running on less power than they're licensed? Is the transmitter sick? Or should I just throw out my radio and get a new one?

(If it helps any, I have a very sensitive aftermarket tuner in my car and a very sensitve Magnum-Dynalab FT101 hooked up to an indoor antenna (the condo commandos won't allow an outdoor one)

I'm just curious because I find them to be a pretty nifty station and it's a real pain to try and pick them up
