WMOH website is a mess.

Anyone ever go to wmoh.com? Looks like it hasn't been updated since before Christmas. They've thrown everything on one web page instead of providing links to various subjects (Miami Redhawks info, high school sports schedule, regualr program schedule, all thrown together on one page). And they're still using the old NFL logo at the top of the screen. Did they carry NFL games?

Many business places use a computer-type person to set up and maintain their on-line websites. Maybe whoever has done for them it has left or there is some other problem. Certainly nothing looks worse than a message board with old messages.

WOW! This is the type of website that simply says "we don't care". I've seen quite a few of these with businesses that don't have the ability to maintain a site or just don't understand what a website needs to convey. WMOH would be better off without a site than to have this kind of outdated, insulting crap for their listeners to look at.

I compare it somewhat to a place that has one of those message boards out front using the temporary hand-placed letters showing up-coming events, but is not up-dated and continues to list those things which have already taken place. It always makes me wonder - if that is how they are dealing with what the public sees, what is taking place that the public doesn't?

You all think that things have taken a slide since Vern left us?

I'm wondering how much the executors of the Baldwin estate want for the property?

That would be Marci (Verns widow) and the girls (their daughters).

I talked to her about buying one of the stations and what she thinks its worth is way out there.

They just transferred all of the station assets. I saw the FCC filing but cannot remember the entity. It looked as if they
plan on keeping everything. Frankly, the only thing interesting is that FM that airs K Love. The high dial daytimer and class 4 WMOH aren't too interesting to me.

WMOH website still looks horrid but parts of it have been updated.....the Christmas promos were taken down and the Schedule/Results of Miami basketball and their high school schedule have been updated.

Shoot.... the 1050/1160 sites probably aren't up to everyones expectations. We're trying to get them finished from the format changes.

It makes money with paid religious teaching programs. It has 6 towers. The two tall sticks in the middle are just for critcal hours. That's a lot of hardware just for daytime operation.

The "high dial daytimer" (WCNW) sits on some pricey real estate. I pity the fool who tries to move it to a new site.

Jungle Jim wanted to buy the land. Offered Vern over a million and a half for it and was turned down. Jim did his thing without the land.

Heck, Jim (through a friend) contacted me about buying a station. For some reason, he wanted one. Naturally, i suggested that one.
Vern just wasn't in a selling mood. Then the prices tanked and i think his widow still believes that these stations should go for 2006 prices.

Six towers for a daytimer. Sounds expensive to maintain. I know they have been religious for at least 30 yrs.

Those sites (and the sites for the previous formats) were a lot better looking and easier to use than WMOH.
