WMOP AM 900

Anyone know whats going on with WMOP Ocala ESPN AM 900 about two weeks ago there signal was fine you could hear them 30 miles away they were off air for two days then came back on signal can be heard for only just a few miles away sound like there doing about 50 watts Ive called no one answers the phone just a answeing machine even posted on facebook no response just wondering........

WMOP is licensed for 2.7kw-NDD and 23 watts NDN, so most likely WMOP is operating at reduced power due to transmitter issues.

Have you tired the 100.1 FM dail in the Ocala Area?

The 100.1 translator has been off the air for a while pending a transmitter / antenna site move to the Hilton Hotel at the corner of SR 200 and Interstate 75.
