FWIW this station doesn't have a license.....

WMPC is an English-language religious AM station in Lapeer near Flint, Michigan. There is no license or permit for a 99.9 station in Milwaukee. (and indeed 99.9 has been a popular frequency for pirates in Milwaukee - which is exactly what this WMPC is)
