On Monday WMRN applied for an experimental permit for 106.7. Here's the info...http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/...prod/app_det.pl?Application_id=1132840Passing by the CC complex, they do have one of the dishes on the tower pointing in that direction. Maybe they are closer to going on air than we think?

The experimental permit is service "FD" which I believe means IB(A)C or "HD Radio" digital transmissions.The WMRN application for construction permit for the "Dublin" site is on the FCC Blocked applications list here http://www.fcc.gov/mb/audio/status/blklist2.html The reason listed is "$ competition analysis pending".
