WMVX 1570...Methuen...

Formerly Beverly. It was mentioned on boston-radio-interest that they moved the xmtr to
Andover
(and apparently COL to Methuen?)

radio-locator page w links to day and night signal under the "CP" (but now broadcasting from new site?)

http://radio-locator.com/cgi-bin/finder?sr=Y&s=C&call=WMVX&nav=&x=0&y=0

>>Daytime Power 31,000 Watts
Nighttime Power 102 Watts

Clicking on the GPS co-ordinates gives you map which shows it's the old WCGY-FM tower, not far from I-93 on
Chandler Rd in Andover. "CCM Radio Station" pops up near there. So it's just E of 93 and just N of 495.

Over the years it was WMLO, WBVD ("BVD: The First Thing You Put On In The Morning", read the T shirts), and WNSH.
Studios in places like Endicott College Beverly; Pickering Wharf Salem, and a hardware warehouse in Hamilton. In the
early 90s, Sunday nights featured Briefcase Full of Blues --blues with Brian Less--followed, for 6 months at least with
yours truly, Bob Nelson, doing all Kinks on Kinks Kronikles. (Yours truly had the 35th anniversary of my first show
on WMWM this past Sat., by the way)

The late Doug Mascott (1964-2014) hosted Sat nights Traxx of the Town on 'NSH for years and I filled in for him at
times. (I know I was on the Sat after 9/11, for one...) There was Radio Minestrone with Antonio...and more.

Doug, Antonio, and the rock band Beloved Few at WNSH in the old days. Doug was a funny dude. (Has some swears)
