I think it's spelled Metheny.........but you can just call him "Pig Virus", along with a host of other unprintable names.
 
It really is creepy with the robot drone woman voice. The mainstream they play is bad enough, but as Scottvoiceover dude said, don't insult our intelligence by announcing "shake it Up" for the kazillionith time.
 
Maybe they're purposely screwing up so people will notice & listen longer for more screw ups. Maybe they could add some sfx of a record scratching to some of those stale cuts. "oh wow...I haven't heard a record skip on the radio in years! That's different!
Most likely that's not the case. I'd be more willing to bet it has something to do with CC paying people less & cutting more jobs.
