Hello Lite Mix 99.9 in Mobile, whose running your station? You have like only 3 djs running it so I advise you to get more or just simulcast through the Soft Rock Channel via iHeart Radio. They don't play Elton John, Colbie Calliat, 32523554x every single day...

So, your sister station 107.3 the groove is here..Hmm Heres a nice idea: perhaps you pick up Disco Stu to the Saturday night slot and instead of having Dilieah running the whole damn station with her promos, Stop playing slow music..Play todays AC and Yesterdays 70's and 80's favorites. I never here Madonna or Michael Jackson really at all and they are truly the iconic 70's-90's pop artists..

Another advice, but highly not going to happen cause who knows who runs the station:

The Soft Rock Channel (iHeart Radio). How is this station still on air? Soft Rock 94.1 dominates this station....and oh yeah, did I mention they also have Dilelah 7 nights a week??? Wow, wonderful thinking towards programming through Lite Mix 99.9's part.....not! I am ashamed.

If I could only have the power to run CC in Mobile, things would actually cause people to listen. Cause I think smart and Im only 20 yrs old.
 
I think this would be an appropriate time and place for me to formally apologize to Tommy Lee, George Salmon, John Davenport and any other manager I worked under when I was young. I "knew more than you did" just like the individual starting this thread so it's amazing that you somehow managed to teach me so much. Thank you for overlooking my arrogance.
 
And here I thought it was just a half-hearted trolling effort!

We've all been guilty of the "I'm young and know SO much" syndrome. I recall when I was 20, in my first radio job and I bitched about my measley 7% raise after my first year. *sigh* Good times....

After having your post analyzed by a profiler, I conclude I met your brother one time. For all I know, maybe I was your brother.

It's not "thinking smart" that works. It "thinking effectively" that gets the job done. Check around your neighborhood and see if you can identify the millionaires. You will be surprised how many of them were "C" students in school.
