Indianapolis WNAP 990

I see the FCC revoked the license for 990 AM because they didn't respond to an FCC inquiry letter. When was the last time 990 AM was on the air?
 
It was on the air maybe last year or so, at low power.. maybe 2 years ago.. but it hasnt operated with licensed facilities in 2 decades

I thought that the frequency was in use in Muncie but I see on Radio-Locator that it isn't on the air.

deleted... means liciense gone,revoked.... not on air, @Kenroar and if the fcc ever opens another am winidow again, youd have to apply for a minimum of 250 day and night which would require multipole towers and be way too expensive to even tyhink of building
