WNCI screwing up the RMT this morning 4:50 am 02/08/12......

Is it me or did WNCI screw up the RMT this morning? Saw the RMT on WCMH TV and the audio was clearly a CHR song... in place of the "This is a required monthly test of the emergency alert system originating from the local primary yada yada......"

Anyone else notice this?
