WNDB CBS/FOX

Maybe someone connected with WNDB can answer this question? Does anyone know why WNDB dropped CBS after at least 30-years in favor of adding Fox? I realize Fox targets a younger audience while CBS tends to attract an older demo... Could this be the reason for the switch?
