I would like to know when WNDZ plans to boost their power, or are they still working on it?

From what the FCC's web site says, the CP has been issued. My guess is they're waiting for the spring before they start in earnest. My last drive by the site had a bunch of flags out there in the field, but nothing else. So they're doing something.
