Welp...You people were right....WNEW did benefit from WPLJ's loss and KTWho's focus point.

But the question is...What has been happening to KTWho anyway and why are their ratings down??

Did WNEW start perfecting their radio station focus point???
 
The station recently got both a new PD and a new morning show. I'm more inclined to blame the former if anything - seems like Chris Conley is trying to fix what isn't broken, and isn't grasping what made the station work for years under Rob Miller. No denying Conley's success with Lite FM, but this may be one case where cost-cutting backfired.

They have dropped most of the 80's (and some of the 90's) dance classics and shifted towards a more current playlist.
