WNEW.COM: what happend?

What happened with wnew.com? It became i nice tribute station to the old WNEW with new and old music. What I hear right now online is only music with some ads from last.fm etc. No imaging from WNEW and old recordings/interviews anymore.
 
WWFS 102.7 HD2 has not been carrying the WNEW stream since last year. Instead it has been broadcasting Last FM radio.
This can be confusing, because the WNEW.com website still (incorrectly) mentions that they are being broadcast on 102.7 HD2.
 
Another sign that WNEW.com's dedicated stream is gone: the fact that I have heard promos on CBS radio stations for an event called "Mountain Jam" in Upstate New York this June that I'm sure might have been tagged with WNEW.com, as it sounds like an event that would be up their alley - but since WNEW.com no longer exists, there is no reference.
