Any plans to return WNGA to the air? Maybe for Christmas music again?

WNGA has STA to remain silent until 4/7/14 (see http://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/prod/cdbs/forms/prod/getimportletter_exh.cgi?import_letter_id=42094 ), and a CP to cut their power from 7kW to 3.1kW while adding 100m of tower from a new site in Cleveland about 10-12 miles south of the current site near Unicoi State Park.

Would a Christmas music run (maybe for Lake Lanier Islands again) qualify for putting the station back on the air under the STA?
