Still broadcasting sweeps and tones overnight. I actually heard a report (and saw proof on youtube) that they were heard in Finland! Not bad for that little 5kW station.

Duke is doing this once a week for the foreseeable future, and broadcasting in the FT8 mode from time to time.

The station is likely to lose it's tower site, so between the Dx tests and the all over the road music format at night, Duke is having a little fun with what time is left for the station in its current incarnation
 
I didn't know they're gonna lose their site. I hate to hear that! I guess they'll be silent soon?
 
Back in 2018, WNJC had filed an application for an STA to operate out of compliance with their directional pattern, stating that they couldn't use two of their four towers due to theft and vandalism of the feedlines and ground system. Considering that they were on the FCC's "red light" list due to delinquent debt owed, I don't know if that ever got fixed.

they did and the dx tests have been on day power and pattern.. and the announcements over the last 2 months or so have said that
