Will they ever fix the high amount of distortion on their broadcast? Ever listen to it? It's like 100lbs of over-modulation.

What I want to know is, how they can still operate illegally for over 20 years without the FCC stepping in. They are supposed to be a South Jersey station filling the void they took over when WMVB went dark. Their pattern should be blasting 5kw south east, highly directional, from the 4 tower (two large, two small) array, with absolutely no signal going in Philadelphia to serve the Vineland, Millville areas. But the so and so's, dismissed that and wanted it to be a Philadelphia station before they signed on, it was all planned, so they have been using the one taller tower with the strobe, utilizing 1kw omin putting a signal into Philadelphia which is illegal, according to original paperwork, thus leaving the original COL without anything on 1360, I guess money talks...
