WSRW is not moving closer to Columbus. WSRW is downgrading and moving to 106.5 CHILLICOTHE OH and WMRN-FM Marion is moving from 106.9 to 106.7 and becoming a Dublin Ohio station.

I dont think WDSJ can move closer to dayton.

This move would give WDSJ a little room to move with respect to WNKR, but they are still blocked by WPFB on the 3rd adjacent.

I wonder if this CP is contingent on WSRW getting their Chillicothe facilities built.
Edit: yes it is. It was granted with a number of conditions including:
2. Program tests for WNKR(FM) will not commence on Channel 294 until
program tests for WSRW-FM, Facility ID No.: 65701, commence on Channel
293. Furthermore, a license will not be granted to WNKR on Channel 294
until a license is granted to WSRW on Channel 293.
3. The grant of this construction permit is subject to the final outcome
of any appeal of a rulemaking (undocketed) to add Channel 294A in
Augusta, Kentucky and any appeal of the Report and Order in MB Docket
02-266, released March 25, 2005. Any construction pursuant to this
permit prior to the finality of these rulemakings is at the sole risk
of the permittee.

There's a big mess of allocation proposals going on around Louisville as well, precipitated by LM wanting to move 107.9 down and upgrade it to a C3.

WIOK in Falmouth KY will move to 107.9 when or if LM gets the ok to move to 107.5. The FCC is still dragging its feet on that one.
