That's really good news. At one point I was told by a broadcast engineer that several LPFM/Translator owners wanted space on the same tower and Delmarva Power told them they did not lease space. How did WKNZ get the space over the others.
I think since they started this process so long ago, that they were "Grandfathered" in, that Delmarva doesn't lease tower space anymore, but they did when the start was orginally proposed many years ago.
