WNLA-FM Indianola now urban AC

Batesville has a Cracker Barrell, an interstate, and a four-lane highway that will get you to The Grove in twenty minutes. That in itself puts it head and shoulders over any town in the Delta, in both economy and general attractiveness to one who might want to stop through! ;D

Not to mention the outstanding signal of WBLE 100.5, which I listened to from Corinth to W. Memphis on Sunday morning....

Well, I notice that what must be the premiere broadcast property in the Delta, WABG-TV, just sold for 5.1 million.

Wow...

I wonder if the new owners will do a little spucing up to the news set or those awful cameras before they realize the mistake they made? ;D

Is WABG-AM including in that deal?

Z: The AM was spun off a couple of years ago, but I seem to recall there was a problem with the sale...so not sure of current status...Thanks JBI
