Miami/Fort Lauderdale WNMA/WJCC Futures

I noticed they're both off the air.... I know that WNMA has a construction permit to move to the tower site on krome.

How long will that take? And what will become of WJCC since it was one of those special licensed stations?

FYI.... I just drove by the tower site and the towers have been taken down. It's all gone.
