NORMAN COMMUNICATIONS NMB INC. is selling Oldies WNMB-A (AM STEREO 900)/NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC to BEATTY BROADCASTING CO., LLC for $25,000. -
 
Bill Norman's family had promised to keep running this station the same way. For whatever reason, they couldn't.

I guess they still have WVCO.
 
how do you buy a radio station for 25 grand? The tower site must be worth more than that.
Is this a back taxes issue?
