WNNW La Nueva Power 800 in Lawrence, Massachusetts

I've been listening to the internet feed of POWER 800 and it seems like everytime the DJs talk, the music playing in the background goes soft and when they stop talking, even for a few seconds it goes louder. Is the station set up to do it? If it is, it's very annoying. I know for a while when I hosted a show on a station in CT I'd sometimes adjust the volume level of the song while it was playing and it was very noticable and very annoying.
