WNNX Lyndsey Marie adds middays at KCFX

CUMULUS MEDIA announces that it has appointed Lyndsay Marie as On-Air Host, Middays, for 101 The Fox/KCFX-FM, Kansas City’s legendary Classic Rock radio station. Lyndsey Marie can be heard on 101 The Fox weekdays from 9:00am-2:00pm. A popular Rock radio personality, Lyndsey Marie has hosted Middays for CUMULUS MEDIA’s Rock 100.5/WNNX-FM in Atlanta, GA, as well as Middays on Cumulus Chicago Classic Rock station WLUP-FM.

Donna Baker, Regional Vice President/Market Manager, Cumulus Kansas City, said: “I had the privilege of working with Lyndsay at The Loop in Chicago, and have been a raving fan since. Her passion for Classic Rock and quick wit make her the ideal match for the iconic 101 The Fox during the workday. We are thrilled to welcome her to KC.”

Lyndsey Marie is also going to be on KCFX in Kansas City.

Is she eventually moving to KC? She still is on the 100.5 website in Atlanta. They are featuring her on KCFX site. I assume she is VTing KC now.

BTW I briefly looked at 101's music. IMHO I would copy the KC playlist tune for tune and play it here in Atlanta on 100.5.


If she really moves to KC one can speculate about 100.5's future.
