WNOW air personality from the 60s Lou Dark

I'm hoping someone out here can help with information about an air personality at WNOW in the 60s by the name of Lou Dark. Was that his real name and is he still alive? Did he live in York or Reading? I would appreciate any information that you can give me to help find him. I know that at some point he went to WRAW (or at least from what I've researched that's what I've seen). A friend of mine recently came across a box of letters from the 60s that were addressed to Lou Dark at WNOW Radio in York, PA. These letters were personal letters to him thanking him for the air time he was giving to some country music legends like Lynn Anderson, Loretta Lynn, Buck Owens, Ernie Ashworth and Mel Tillis. There were even song lyrics that were sent to Lou asking for his critique of the songs. I would like to find the rightful owner of these letters as they are seem very personal and I'm sure someone would like these back.
