WNPV on 104.9

Does anyone know when WNPV signed on an FM translator on 104.9? I missed that listed in all the translator/LPFM hoopla recently.

I honestly thought I was pulling in a random skip of WYGC in Gainesville, FL last night until I heard a station ID drop. lol

No more SoJO in Philly?

I was having trouble picking up WSJO in the Ambler area, but I always had it fade in and out. (Go a little further west, out towards Plymouth Meeting and KOP, and it came it clearer, I'm assuming because of elevation?). I'm not sure where the 104.9 translator is located, so I'm not sure where WSJO's signal is affected.

Then again, it's outside of WSJO's protected contour anyway.
