I was able to pick up a very faint broadcast on 99.3 near downtown knoxville. Too much interference from 99.1 sports animal to really listen but I did pick out Ozzy, Skynard, The Who. This could be WNRX out of Jefferson County.
They only run about 950 watts @ 300 ft.and it's directional. Which is about 1/6th of what a class A should be. "That you Cumulus". It's owned by the company that runs WJFC AM.
