WNSH-AM Emitting Unmodulated Carrier

Occasionally, someone posts to this board about WNSH-AM 1570 in Beverly's CP to boost its power. Recently the CP was altered to allow it non-directional operation. But for the last two days at least, it has been sending out an unmodulated carrier during the day (I don't know if the station has been doing the same thing at night with 85 watts). Gee...if you can't offer even bird-fed programming, how can you muster up the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to install a new transmitter?
 
Obviously, not only is no one listening and paying attention.. there's no one staffing the local studio... if there was SOMEONE in the office, I can imagine this would be allowed to continue.

It was only an hour or two after the posting that WNSH begain transmitting audio again. As far as hearing Michael Reagan, you may be mistaken. Their mid-morning show is Laura Ingraham, and she's been on vacation lately with a male substitute host.
 
well I made my post between 6 and 7 pm, his time slot, and I'm pretty sure I heard him say
'This is the Michael Reagan show'
