Is the trial for the lawsuit of WNSR v. ESPN, ABC, & Cumulus still scheduled for today? For what could be a precedent-setting case of a small radio David v. three huge radio Goliaths, I haven't heard a word...
 
There is supposedly a settlement on the table. The next hearing in the case is a week from Thursday, supposedly to discuss the status of the settlement talks and whether to dismiss the case.
