Looks like the consummation of the deal was just filed within the last couple of weeks so it would stand to reason they were waiting for the final chapter to be closed before they took the next steps involving the upgrade to the omni pattern. How long from this point on is anyone's guess. Going from a 3 tower DA to omni should be easier than the adverse...
 
The 3-tower array in Roxborough has been gone for years. WNWR has been operating under STA from the WHAT tower.

Then I would imagine things should move along very swiftly if they so desire since the bulk of the tech side has already been handled...

And what an array that was. I can remember listening to WPGR loud and clear on Staten Island but couldn’t pick it up in Toms River.
