WNYG to be deleted

For the first time since 1997 when WLNG 1600 was deleted, Long Island is losing another AM. Already dark since July 13, WNYG's move to Medford is in much doubt and it looks like the fate of the old WBAB AM is going to be a license surrender since it can no longer broadcast from its old site in Babylon.
 
WGLI was deleted much in the same way WNYG will be... moving the station out east as a CP (Medford for WNYG, Shirley for WGLI) that will never be built. Sometime in 1996 the CP for WGLI expired. Quiz: what were the call letters for WGLI when they attempted to move it east?
