WNYQ IS SPREADING SEASONAL CHEER

101.7 "Classic Hits" WNYQ has switched to all-Christmas. It's a very broad mix...from pop-rock to Perry Como and Johnny Mathis!!

They also have a new (and live) afternoon-drive guy.

It would be nice if on december 26th Q101.7 went to the greatest hits of the 60's, 70's and 80's like their sister station WBPM 92.9 did not long ago. It would give WCKM some good competition.

Both WNYQ and WCKM do what they do best. If you like older "pop" tracks, CKM is your place. If you are more of a "rock" leaning fan of the 60's - '80's, then WNYQ is your best bet. It is nice to have a rock sound back in the north country.

They also have played the Ray Coniff Singers- 12 Day of Christmas... great stuff....
