WNYW Fox 5 OTA Reception

Do we have any antenna users on this forum? For the past week I have been noticing reception problems with Fox 5. It mostly seems to happen during the day. The signal drastically fluctuates up and down and I get a lot of piexelation on the screen. I have the same issue on another TV so I know it's not my equipment. All other NYC stations come in fine with full signal. Are they doing any type of transmitter work?
