I noticed that the FCC sent the following letter to Island Broadcasting on June 29th:

It says that because the digital CP expired in 2010, and the request for extension was filed after the expiration, that the CP has expired, the permit cancelled, and the call letters deleted.
WNYZ-LP is only showing up as DWNYZ-LP in the database. Does this mean it's truly dead?
