WNZN 89.1 FM Frequently Off-Air

Just curious as to why WNZN 89.1 seems to be off the air quite a bit. I noticed it off the air earlier this afternoon and still of the air as of this post. WNZN is a Spanish broadcasting station licensed to Lorain, though their transmitter tower I believe is close to WKFM 96.1's tower near Berlin Hts., OH.
