Can anyone tell me if WOAP is still on the air? They went to a lot of Trouble and Expense to get a CP for 50kw day and 4500 Night, Even Chalanging WTIC Hartford's Keeping their Daytime Pattern on until Sunset in Dallas.
 
Michigan Catholic Radio apperantly ran out of money from fighting the FCC for several years. They are back in Owosso with a new owner and an oldies format.

WOAP (as Michigan Catholic Radio) was a simulcast of 1090 WCAR which has also been sold. MCR is now a internet-based broadcaster.

There is no WOAP website but the "Big 1080" IS on Facebook if you want to look it up.
